Payment & cancellation terms

The $1,250 deposit is credited toward the selected package. Remaining balance is $1,250 for the single-aircraft analysis ($2,500 total) or $3,250 for the comparison package ($4,500 total), due before the 45-minute review call.

Package selection happens during the follow-up intake after deposit. The deposit Payment Link does not record which package was chosen. After the customer chooses a package in the intake, send the matching balance Payment Link manually.

Refund / cancellation: The deposit is refundable if either you or we cancel before we send intake materials and before the 45-minute review call is scheduled. Booking or attending the separate free/20-minute fit call does not affect refundability. Once intake materials are delivered or the 45-minute review call is scheduled, the deposit is non-refundable. No refund after the 45-minute review call is held.

After deposit we email your intake link, collect the remaining balance, and schedule the 45-minute review call manually.

After the deposit, we email your intake materials. You select the package during that follow-up, then we send the matching balance request manually. The review call is scheduled by email after the balance is paid.
